Eligibility for Refunds
- Our refund policy lasts 14 days from the date of delivery. If 10 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
- To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
- For any SIM cards, they must not be activated. Once the SIM card is activated, it cannot be returned.

- Opened SIM cards.
- Digital products (e.g., eSIMs) and services that have already been activated.

How to Return
- To complete your return, please contact our support team at flashfounders@gmail.com to initiate the return process.
- Please include your order number, the product(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.

Refund Process
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email notification confirming that we have received the returned item.
- If your return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.

Shipping Costs
- Shipping costs for returning items are non-refundable.
- You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item, unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

- If you need to exchange an item for a different product or size, please contact us directly, and we will guide you through the exchange process.

Faulty or Incorrect Items
- If you have received a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us within 2 days of delivery. We will cover the cost of return shipping and arrange for a replacement or full refund.
